He started as the youngster in a Lutheran family

but his families beliefs were more practical than spiritual

He went off to college and became more revolutionary

Got his mind full of socialism and the ideal mankind.

He embarked upon the quest of changing the world.

He started a newspaper but was a bit too grotesque, 

and his newspaper was banned, and he along with it.

So he went off to Paris, still suffering from revolution.

And found a place full of kindling just ready for a spark.

He wrote his first book called the Manifesto

And it manifested things that would never be so.

He called to the working people, the Proletariats,

and told them they should overthrow their government.

Throw out Christianity, and any thought of God,

and start a communist movement to create the ideal world.

Contrary to common sense, his ideals were accepted

and broadcasted through Paris, Russia, Korea, and France.

You'd think that it'd die out when people started to think,

but the movement was too strong so the thinkers were slaughtered.

And when Karl Marx died, communism lived on,

With Lenin taking the lead to destroy and degrade.
